The Snow Day
Look out of the window. The snow is falling and the street is white.
This snowfall is not stopping. Dad is putting on his boots and Mimi is wearing her new snowsuit.
Outside, the wind is strong. It is almost a snowstorm.
Mimi is making a snowball. Dad isn't looking!
Now we are hiding behind a big snowbank. Behind it there is a deep snowdrift, and her snowshoes are useless.
"Are you coming?" Dad is shouting from the road. A snowmobile is waiting for us.
We are riding home through the white forest. The snow is still falling, and we are not cold at all.
